Ellie's Meantime

Ellie is all over the place. Some of the time she's playing with Adelia and Benjamin. Sometimes she's talking loudly outside Spencer's door. And some of the time she disappears into Sylvan's room to watch him paint. After the brush with strange men in Spencer's room, Ellie can also be seen hanging around Doug, apparently fascinated by the odd man with the chain. This leads her to talk to Rosalie also, which she does with vigor! Yay for making new friends. She also volunteers some of her time to Jeannie as something of a lab rat. Electricity cakes are delicious.

IS GONNA BUUUUUUUY YOOOOOOOOUUUUU A DRAAAAANK!!!
He offers to take her out to anywhere she wants, offering the nicest place in town first, but letting her suggest her favorite. He is a nice guy, very polite, but also he can be a odd and he isn't very attractive.

Having not been out to any of the restaurants in town, Ellie lets Rufus choose. Being a little odd herself, they probably get along really well. After asking about his east european-ness, Ellie would probably start talking about her wacky(slightly illegal at times) adventures and want to know if Rufus has any.

Well from the sounds if it they get along swimmingly. They go to whatever the nicest sounding place in town is, which probably isn't much from the size of Lebanon. His parents came here from Europe (something like Ukraine or the Czech Republic) when he was very little, and he didn't really pick up any of their culture. He hints that he's done some pretty cool stuff, mentions some of the strange things he encountered on the way to Lebanon, but never mentions anything too shady past some minor schemes he has done in the past.

Ellie rides with Sylvain and brings Adelia along too. She talks animatedly for a while but is eventually lulled asleep by the road. She probably will switch driving with Sylvain at some point so he can sleep too.

Sylvain seems markedly less standoffish. He makes pleasant conversation, talking a bit about his family. He mentions being glad about getting out of Kansas, as he prefers bigger cities. He plays car games with an initial faux-reluctance, but seems to be pretty good at them.
