Hank's meantime
Hank spends most of his free time working on his workshop idea. The plan is starting to look like a complex due to it's size and includes a forge, an art studio, a laboratory, facilities for metalwork, woodwork, and stonework. He talks to who would be obviously interested like Jeanine and Sylvain, as well as parties interested in investing in such facilities, like Horace (and possibly the Professor, but Hank doesn't know him at all I think).
Other than minor projects to keep his skills finely tuned, Hank can be seen exercising several times a week. He doesn't really use his room in the hotel except for meals and to talk business. He remains fairly aloof!

Horace says he'd love to see something like that constructed, but assures him that Lebanon will not be their final destination. He says they can look into the financial aspects of things once the plans are complete and a location's been found. Horace would make a note to spread the word to all other guests of the hotel about this project to find the ones that might be interested, then sends them Hank's way.
Jeanine seems curious about this venture, muses fondly about a bigger lab space, and says she'd most likely be interested, so long as it was kept clean.
Sylvain, politely enough, declines, saying that he prefers to do his painting in his own personal space, in certain conditions. He seems to genuinely think that the project sounds interesting and would be a great thing for those who'd use it, he also offers to help in the stocking of the art section - as in what supplies to buy, what brands to avoid, that sort of thing.

Annie asks Hank about his ideas and nods along while he explains anything to her, sounding super enthused. She doesn't seem to know anything about anything he talks about, though.

Hank eventually returns to Horace wondering if he could build the main facility for a more permanent location, seeing as his plans now include an auto-shop and a library with several different studies, as well as ideas for an electronics lab. He is very ecstatic about the idea and you can almost see his 200+ pounds jump at the thought. He is quite eager to talk to anyone about any additions now that the scope of his project has taken such range.

Hank drives his RV out of Lebanon, offering to drive anyone who doesn't have enough room on the buses or has a larger relic to keep an eye on, Graham in specific.

Graham accepts the ride, he seemed rather grumbly about the notion of taking the bus. He sets the bell down on the floor next to the couch (or whatever seating is in the RV), on which he sits at. By the time the RV gets to the freeway, he's on his side, sleeping.
